Anna Capitanio
My story
I was born in Vaprio d'Adda (MI) on August 12th, 1986.
I graduated from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.
I have been collaborating with “Studio Legale Brusa Spagnolo Tosoni Carelli” since October 2010.

During my professional activity I acquired a specialization in the field of crimes for violation of the rules relating to the prevention of accidents and hygiene at work, environmental crimes, public safety crimes and in culpable crimes for medical liability.
​
I, also, carry out defense activity within the Italian country in criminal law in the field of corporate crimes, financial crimes also related to stock markets crimes, bankruptcy crimes and Public Administration crimes.
I participate in several projects dealing with the realization and implementation of the Role Model for corporate administrative liability of companies in the pharmaceutical and construction business (ex D. Lgs. 231/01).
