Giuseppina Cimmarusti

I was born in Bari on 24 August 1976.

I graduated from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan.

After a study experience in Dublin, and returned to Italy in 2001, i began her professional collaboration with “Brusa Spagnolo Tosoni Carelli law firm”.

I have been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2004.

​

I have been mainly deal with corporate, financial and stock market criminal law, bankruptcy, tax, environmental, occupational safety, health and industrial criminal law and crimes against the Public Administration, providing judicial and consultancy assistance in particular on aspects of nature preventive penalties, useful in the structuring phase of business processes.

I carry out defense activities throughout the Italian territory by providing ongoing assistance to leading companies in the metallurgical and large-scale distribution sectors.

I direct and participate in projects for the creation and implementation of organization and management models for companies operating in the pharmaceutical, food, large-scale distribution and labor administration sectors pursuant to Legislative Decree 276/2003.

I participate as a speaker at conferences and masters on financial and tax violations, pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, of accident prevention legislation and protection of intellectual property.
