Benedetta Maggioni
My story
I was born in Milan on April 30th, 1980.

I graduated cum laude from the University of Milan and I obtained the title of lawyer in November 2011.
I carried out an internship at the Senate of the Republic, during which I was dealing with the drafting of both civil and criminal law amendments.

I mainly deal with criminal issues related to corporate and family law, operating throughout the national territory both in terms of legal assistance and consultancy.
During the course of my professional activity as criminal lawyer, I specialized in criminal law, and I have built a reputation assisting clients facing with financial and company crimes, Public Administration crimes and, in general, in culpable crimes related to professional negligence (i.e. medical liability), and environmental legislation.
I have been working with the "Brusa Spagnolo Tosoni Carelli" Law Firm since March 2016.
