The knowledge of the Legal English and French ensures qualified assistance also to foreign clients who have to face criminal law matter within Italian jurisdiction on issues demanding the application of substantive or procedural law.
The Firm’s partners and their associates have participated and participate as speakers in conferences on intellectual property, on accident prevention measures, “Corporate administrative liability” (Legislative Decree 231/01), Corporate crimes and Public Administration crimes.
The firm’s partners have taught and teach in the law schools of the University of Milan.

Mario Brusa
Born in Varese on 12 September 1961.
Graduated from the University of Milan. He carried out his professional activity for over ten years in the office of prof. lawyer Federico Stella. In 2001 he established the “Brusa Spagnolo Tosoni & Partners Law Firm”, of which he is a founding partner.
In exercising his forensic activity he has acquired in-depth expertise in the field of economic and corporate crimes, crimes against the Public Administration and, in general, in negligent crimes for medical professional liability, for violation of the accident prevention regulations and hygiene at work, environmental protection.
