Matteo Provasoli

I was born in Milan on June 13th, 1988.

I graduated with full mark from “Università Statale” in Milan, during my studies I attended the "Public School of English" in Los Angeles and wrote part of my thesis at the New York University.

I have been working with “Studio Legale Brusa Spagnolo Tosoni Carelli” since February 2013 and obtained the title of lawyer in October 2015.

I mainly deal with corporate, financial and stock market criminal law, bankruptcy, tax, environmental (especially in the Oil&Gas sector), health, occupational safety and crimes against the Public Administration.

I participated in the Supervisory Body of some important companies operating nationally and internationally in the "large-scale distribution" sector.
