Giovanna Scairato

My story

I was born in Salerno on 10 th October 1994.

​

I graduated from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, with a thesis in criminal procedural law entitled “the procedural profiles of restorative conducts”, supervisors prof. Gianluca Varraso and prof. Enrico Maria Mancuso.

​

I have been collaborating with the law firm “Brusa Spagnolo Tosoni Carelli” since May 2019.

​

I have been a member of the Milan Bar Association since January 2022.

​

I mainly deal with corporate, occupational safety law and crimes against the Public Administration.
